Cancellation Policy
Here is a Cancellation Policy tailored for our Digital Marketing Company, WeCodeFuture.
1. General Policy
The policy states that if a client wishes to cancel our services, they may request cancellation by submitting a written notice via email at least 15 days before the next billing cycle.
Only after the confirmation by our team, the cancellation will be done.
There are some monthly retainer-based digital marketing services such as SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media management. The cancellation policy for these services is as follows:
- You must notify the company 14 days in advance of the next billing date.
- If a cancellation notice is given with less than 14 days’ notice, then the client will be charged for the upcoming billing cycle in addition to any current obligations.
3. One-Time Projects
Services like website design, audits, or strategy development are all one-time services. So, for its cancellation, the client may have to:
- Cancel the services before they start. It will be easy for us to refund minus any administrative or consultation fees.
- In case the company has started working on your project, we can not refund for the time as the resources have already been invested.
4. Time-Based Custom Contracts
If the client has signed a service agreement with a minimum commitment term or custom contract (e.g., 3 months, 6 months), then
- The early cancellation of services will result in a termination fee that is equivalent to the remaining balance or a fixed percentage, as outlined in the signed agreement.
5. No Refund Policy
The company will not refund any money for digital marketing services that have already been delivered or for partially completed work. This is due to the time and resources that are invested are non-recoverable.
6. Termination of Services by Company
The company has some rights that it can use at any time to terminate the projects, if the following issues arise from the client’s side:
- Non-payment
- Violation of the agreement or terms
- Unethical or abusive behavior
Also, if there is any unused portion of the payment, then it will be refunded at our discretion.
7. Policy Updates
As the company updates this periodically, the clients will be notified of any significant changes at least 7 days in advance.
