Refund Policy

We offer refunds on services only if the service has not been rendered or if there is a valid issue with delivery or quality. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase or as scheduled.

  • Double Payment: If you have been paid double or more than once for the same service, then you can demand for refund.
  • Work Yet Not Initiated: If you have paid for the project but the working team has not started within the time and delivered anything, it is possible to return your amount.
  • Project Cancellation (Before Work Begins): If the client cancels a service before any work has started, a partial refund may be issued after deducting consultation or administrative charges.

 

Non-Refundable Cases

  • No refunds will be provided if the customer’s issue is not valid, such as:
  • If our experts have already started working on the project, or it has been delivered to you.
  • We are not responsible if results do not meet your expectations(SEO rankings, ad performance, or engagement rates), despite agreed-upon deliverables being met. As these results depend on many other external factors.
  • If there is a lack of communication, content, or approvals from the client’s end, then it’s not our fault.
  • The services on which the team is working currently (e.g., monthly SEO or ads) have already entered a billing cycle.

 

Process of Refund Request

  • Full name and contact details
  • Invoice number or order reference
  • Reason for the refund request

 

Our agency will try to acknowledge your request within 2 business days and respond within 7 business days.

 

Mode of Refund

The amount of refund approved by the company will be processed back to the original payment method within 10–15 business days. We will not be liable for delays caused by your payment provider or bank.
